The Inaugural Carbine Club of Tokyo Charity Golf Day

The Carbine Club of Tokyo is pleased to invite you to its inaugural Charity Golf Day on Friday, 9 June 2023. We will be raising money for the NPO Unleash Potential Home - Unleash Potential whose vision is to help create a socially inclusive world, where challenged children can reach their full potential. A world where children are accepted, no matter what their challenge is. They believe that with the right support frameworks, children can blossom whether it’s in an Olympics Sport, sports in general, or in the workplace.

We will use the Texas Scramble format (see details below). After play, there will be a BBQ and drinks and some great prizes up for grabs from our sponsors.

The cost of the green fees and all food and drinks at the course is 25,000 yen.

The Club will organize bus transport from Shinagawa (changed from Shibuya) to and from the golf course in Tochigi Prefecture. You can choose when registering to take the bus, for an additional 5,000 yen.

When registering, please indicate which Carbine Club member introduced you to the event and provide your handicap to help us put four-player teams together.

Note:

・Players: 22 foursomes, totalling 88 players.

・Format:  For this Texas Scramble, all members in each team hit off. The team plays from the best shot to finish the hole. Each member has to contribute at least four tee shots. A player can not take more than two shots in a row, so experienced and novice golfers alike can get involved and enjoy the day.
