Melbourne Cup 2021 (SOLD OUT)

We will stream the Melbourne Cup Live from the Flemington Racecouse on multiple screens for your viewing pleasure and provide a spectacular lunch at Ruby Jack’s Steakhouse & Bar in the Ark Hills South Tower. This fine establishment has earned accolades for its in-house dry-aged steaks, long dining hall, and comfortably furnished terrace. Premium Australian beef will feature on our menu and you will also enjoy a selection of Australian and New Zealand wines, premium spirits and softdrinks.

Pre-drinks are from 11:15 am with seating at 11:45 am. After the event ends at 3:30 pm, you are welcome to enjoy cash bar drinks on the terrace. There will be a charity raffle and a Fashions on the Field competition with prizes for best dressed for men and women.

As you may well know, all Carbine Club luncheons ultimately aim to raise funds for charity. This year, proceeds from the luncheon will go to Very Special Kids. The Victoria Racing Club has partnered with that nonprofit organization for the Melbourne Cup Carnival. Very Special Kids runs a hospice for children with life-threatening conditions and provides professional family support services. We thank you in advance for helping to make a real difference in the lives of thousands of people.
